- Open the PDF file thats next to chapter 5 summary doc.
- Page 1 has the essay question. Read and understand what the question is asking.
- Page 1 and 2 explains the rubric point how to score high.
- Pages 3, 4, 5 is the history content you must know to answer the question and write the essay. So read carefully pages 3 to 5.
- Pages 6-7 sample essay 1 (received 8/9 excellent. see page 12 for its scoring rubric)
- pages 8-9 sample essay 2 (received 6/9 satisfactory. see page 12 for scoring rubric)
- pages 10-11 sample essay 3 )received 2/9 unsatisfactory. See page 12 for scoring rubric)
- Now go back to pages 3-5 and re-read the history content/background.
- Again Read pages 1 and 2 essentials needed to write your essay.
- Final step- WRITE YOUR ESSAY. PRACTICE PRACTICE PRACTICE - I will give you a grade for this assignment even though it is considered "open book".
